On March 20, 2026, the first Women's Congress of Dehehantong Law Office was successfully held, and the firm's Women's Federation (hereinafter referred to as "the Women's Federation") was officially established. Shen Yan, vice chairperson of the Women's Federation of Xuhui District, Shanghai, Gao Ying, Chairperson of the Women's Federation of Tianlin Sub-district, Xuhui District, Shanghai, Pan Weiwei, Deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tianlin Sub-district, Xuhui District, and Qiu Wenyu, director of the Shanghai Office Management Committee of Dehehantong, attended. The event was hosted by Zhu Jinxiang, a senior partner of the Shanghai office of Dehehantong.
Gao Ying, the chairperson of the Women's Federation of Tianlin Sub-district, Xuhui District, Shanghai, read out the "Approval on Agreeing to Convene the First Women's Congress of Shanghai Dehehantong Law Office".
Yang Yan, director of the Administrative Service Center of the Shanghai Office Operation Service Committee of Dehehantong, introduced the candidates for the members, chairperson and vice-chairperson of the Women's Federation Executive Committee, and read out the "Election Rules (Draft) of the First Women's Congress of Shanghai Dehehantong Law Office" and the "Suggested List of Chief Scrutineers and scrutineers (Draft)". The meeting deliberated and approved the above-mentioned documents, and elected 13 members of the first executive committee of the Women's Federation of the firm, including 1 chairperson and 4 vice-chairpersons.

Lawyer Chen Muyang, the managing partner of the Shanghai office of Dehehantong and the chairperson of the Women's Federation, stated in her speech that she would live up to the trust, fulfill her duties, gather the "she" power in the legal industry, and demonstrate the charm of women in serving social development.

Wang Yan and Chen Ning, partners of the Shanghai office of Dehe Hantong and vice chairpersons of the Women's Federation, received the plaques on behalf of the firm.
After the meeting, the newly established women's Federation organized a "Flower-like Life" intangible cultural heritage hands-on experience activity.
