"Dehe Talk" is an important part of the 20th anniversary series of activities of Dehehantong Law Office. On March 26, 2026, Dehehantong Law Office held the second session of "Dehe Talk" with the theme of "How Technology Empowers Enterprises to Combat Fraud". This salon aims to explore the deep integration of technology and corporate anti-fraud, and solve practical problems in corporate compliance and fraud investigations. We have invited industry experts and senior lawyers such as Xie Qi, the head of the Shanghai region of Meiya Yian, Li Li, the Chief Inspector and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Red Star Macalline, Chen Lijia, the Risk Control and compliance Officer of Shishi Technology Co., LTD., and Feng Jiwei, the project Director of Shanghai Yunhe Information Technology Co., LTD., to discuss the new trends and methods of anti-fraud with enterprise managers. From the perspective of legal practice, she systematically explained how technology can deeply empower the entire process of anti-fraud and compliance legal services for enterprises. Li Li, the Chief Inspector and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Red Star Macalline, delivered a presentation on the theme of "Misunderstandings of Lawyers in Case Handling in the Eyes of an Experienced Economic Investigator". Drawing on the typical cases he had handled, he reviewed the common problems in the aspects of case characterization, evidence collection, and procedural connection, and provided professional suggestions for lawyers to optimize their case-handling ideas and break down the cognitive barriers between legal professionals and front-line investigations from three dimensions: investigation thinking, evidence thinking, and practical thinking.
