（1）In 2020, I represented the investor in the bankruptcy reorganization of Shanghai Minghong Investment Co., Ltd. and the overall renovation and upgrading project of Yaxin Life Plaza, with a total investment target of 820 million yuan.

（2） In 2021, as a special legal advisor for a well-known investment bank, I provided full-process legal services for the client's investment in the bankruptcy reorganization project of Shenzhen Guangsheng Industrial Park, with a total investment target of 1.35 billion yuan.

（3）In 2022, entrusted by a foreign bank, we provided specialized legal services for the disposal of non-performing assets to the client and successfully recovered over 170 million yuan in cash within an extremely short period of time.

（4）In 2022, as a special legal advisor for a certain state-owned asset management company, I participated in the bond default relief and substantive restructuring project of the listed company Guancheng Datong (SH600067), and carried out debt restructuring for the defaulted bonds with a scale of up to 1.73 billion yuan.

（5）In 2023, I was entrusted by a certain state-owned asset management company to conduct legal due diligence on its proposed acquisition of a non-performing asset package of a certain bank, and served as the transaction legal advisor, providing full-process legal services. The project target amount was 610 million yuan.

（6）In 2023, as the special legal advisor for the transaction and acquisition party, I participated in the equity acquisition project of Epyang Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. by the listed company Jiangsu Zhuoyi Information Technology Co., LTD., with a transaction amount of 260 million yuan.

（7）In 2023, I served as the litigation agent for a certain state-owned asset management company in the second instance of a lawsuit against a well-known real estate development enterprise, with the claim amount exceeding 1 billion yuan. Through the work of collecting and submitting evidence and expressing the agency's opinion in the second instance stage, the second instance court ruled to remand the case that lost in the first instance for a retrial. The retrial judgment of the first instance supported the client's litigation request.
