Recently, the establishment ceremony of the Anti-Fraud and Compliance Business Committee of Dehe Shanghai and the special forum on anti-fraud and compliance were successfully held at Dehehantong Shanghai Law Office . The event was hosted by Lawyer Song Wuyao, the deputy director of the Anti-Fraud and Compliance Business Committee of Dehe Shanghai.
PART/01 Welcome Speech
Lawyer Zheng Chen, the director of the Anti-Fraud and Compliance Business Committee of Dehe Shanghai, delivered a welcoming speech. Lawyer Chen Shilei, a member of the Shanghai Supervisory Committee of Dehehantong, and Lawyer Wang Guan, the vice president of Dehe Criminal Case Research Institute, delivered keynote speeches on the topic of "Anti-Fraud and Compliance".
Lawyer Chen Shilei, a member of the Shanghai Supervisory Committee of Dehehantong, analyzed from the perspective of market trends and pointed out that the enterprise management model is shifting from passive compliance to active defense, and will eventually be upgraded to a complete anti-fraud system. He mentioned that the direct losses caused by global fraud incidents in 2022 amounted to as much as 1.2 trillion US dollars, and the hidden costs such as the collapse of credibility resulting from this were even more serious.
