Dehehantong, in collaboration with the Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Shanghai Association of the Blind, jointly launched the second event of the "Light of the Legal Path" public welfare legal education series

Recently, the second legal education lecture and legal consultation event of the "Light of the Legal Path" public welfare legal education series for the visually impaired, co-organized by the Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Shanghai Association of the Blind, and co-organized by Dehehantong Law Offices, was successfully held at the East Branch of Shanghai Library. Lawyers Ding Jinbo, Hu Jun, Zou Yazhi and Song Yizhen from Dehehantong Shanghai Law Office participated in this event as alumni of Kaiyuan Law School. On the day of the event, dozens of people with disabilities gathered together. By participating in special lectures and one-on-one consultations, they solved many legal problems that had long troubled the participants, deeply feeling the warmth and power of the rule of law in assisting the disabled.

During the special lecture session, Lawyer Ding Jinbo from Dehehantong Shanghai Law Office delivered a special presentation titled "Analysis of Hot Issues in Marriage and Inheritance Cases - Interpretation of the Judicial Interpretation (II) of the Marriage and Family Chapter of the Civil Code". Based on the actual needs of the disabled group, he analyzed the latest hot issues such as the detailed division of marital property, the protection of children's rights and interests, the balance of creditor-debtor relationships, the validity of wills, and the order of inheritance through in-depth yet easy-to-understand case studies and interpretations of key legal provisions. The audience on the spot interacted actively and the response was enthusiastic.

After the lecture, lawyers Ding Jinbo, Hu Jun, Zou Yazhi and Song Yizhen from Dehehantong Shanghai Law Office provided one-on-one legal consultation services to the participants. They answered legal questions raised by people with disabilities on marriage, inheritance and other issues on the spot and gave practical legal advice, which was highly praised by the inquirers.

Since its launch, the "Light of the Legal Path" public welfare series of activities has always closely focused on the diverse legal needs of the visually impaired group. From helping visually impaired people deal with legal problems in the consumption field to safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests in marriage and family, this series of activities has not only won wide recognition from the visually impaired group but also attracted high attention from all sectors of society. The official account of the "Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation" and the Shanghai Labor News (the official newspaper of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions) have all conducted special reports.
