Lu Moumou and others were charged with: At about 1 a.m. on October 14, 2022, Lu Moumou and others got into a quarrel over honking their horns while riding an electric bike on the west side of the intersection of Hunan Road and Tingchao South Road in Huinan Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The conflict broke out and they started punching and kicking each other. The mutual fighting caused one of them to suffer two rib fractures, which was a second-level minor injury. The other three suffered minor injuries due to scalp wounds, facial soft tissue and body surface contusions.
