During my term as the head of the legal department of an investment company, I participated in the issuance of products related to economic cloud computing data center projects.

Because of my qualifications in securities and funds, I served as the head of the legal department of several investment companies in Shanghai, participated in the review and drafting of various standard and non-standard project contracts, participated in project due diligence, and provided legal advice on non-litigation matters such as company operation, compliance and negotiation. I also served as the legal director of Network Technology Co., Ltd., helping the company build an Internet e-commerce sales platform from 0 to 1, and was responsible for and cooperating with the business activities of the company's relevant departments and providing legal support.

I have been a lawyer for nearly 2 years, mainly providing non-litigation legal services for companies and participating in the handling of civil and commercial legal disputes.
