I have been practicing for 8 years. From 1997 to 2016, I served in the Security Bureau of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force (now known as the Secret Service of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau). In 2016, I was retired from the Chinese People's Armed Police Force as a lieutenant Colonel.
I graduated from Shanghai Public Security College in 1997 and studied in East China University of Political Science and Law in 2001.
