Act as legal counsel to investors in the reorganization or debt restructuring projects of troubled enterprises.Provide legal due diligence, structuring transaction, draft transaction documents, participate in commercial negotiations and other legal services.Specific projects include: reorganization of Shanghai Yaxin Plaza, La Chabelle, Shenzhen Guangsheng Industrial Park, debt restructuring of Shanghai Lianfu Plaza, Citychamp Darton(SH600067), etc.
Ms. Yang has been engaged in legal work for more than 15 years and officially practiced in 2013. She is currently the Deputy Director of the Non-performing Loan and Restructuring Business Committee of Shanghai Dehe Hantong Law Office, and a member of the bankruptcy administrator team. Ms. Yang has been focusing on non-performing loan, troubled enterprise restructuring legal services, and commercial dispute resolution. The service target is mainly asset management companies, investment institutions, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions, as well as corporate customers.
