1) Participate in the transaction and disposal of non-performing asset(the NPL) debt packages with principal and interest exceeding RMB 6 billion acquired by a fund from a state-owned AMC.

2) Co-investing NPL with principal and interest exceeding RMB 1.3 billion, leading the entire process of asset package investment, management, disposal and recovery, and achieving returns.

3. Leading the restructuring and revitalization of distressed enterprises and bankruptcy reorganization:

1) Leading the restructuring and revitalization project of a high-tech manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong: involving debt treatment of RMB 800 million, with a market value of over RMB 1.3 billion after the land parcel restructuring; After production restructuring and revitalization and reinvestment, the discontinued enterprises restarted and generated an annual output value of over RMB 500 million.

2) Jointly participate in the bankruptcy reorganization project of a new material production enterprise in Foshan City, involving debt treatment of approximately RMB 800 million.

3) Jointly participate in the bankruptcy reorganization project of a certain investment enterprise in Foshan City, involving debt treatment of approximately RMB 400 million.

4) Participated in the bankruptcy reorganization project of two affiliated enterprises in Foshan City: involving approximately RMB 1.1 billion of debt, revitalizing the industrial park of bankrupt enterprises.
