2. Through a combination of negotiation and litigation, we helped the plaintiff, Shanghai Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd., recover design fees of 1.08 million RMB from the defendant, a real estate company in Lu'an.
3. In a case involving embezzlement, bribery, and abuse of authority by an employee of a state-owned enterprise in Hefei, with the involved amount reaching 4.6 million RMB, the defendant was sentenced to 4 years and 1 month in prison following our defense.
