(1) Provide full-process legal services for Shenzhen Jinxinuo High-Tech Co., LTD., a listed company, to improve its equity structure, corporate governance, and the establishment and implementation of equity incentive plans;

(2) Provide full-process legal services for the equity investment in Shanghai Zhongmi Communication Technology Co., LTD., including but not limited to the design of the investment plan, due diligence on the investment target, and the drafting of investment legal documents;

(3) Provided criminal compliance legal services for the suspected environmental pollution case of Kunshan Beise Special Materials Equipment Co., LTD., including designing compliance systems, formulating compliance rectification plans, providing compliance training for the enterprise, representing the enterprise in accepting compliance work inquiries from third-party review experts, and representing the enterprise in reporting compliance work to the procuratorate, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other compliance legal services.

(4) Provided criminal compliance legal services for Shanghai Aiyide Medical and Elderly Care Investment Group Co., Ltd. in the case of suspected false issuance of value-added tax invoices;

(5) Provide full-process legal services for Shanghai Hongjiu Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in improving its equity structure, corporate governance, and the establishment and implementation of equity incentive plans;

(6) Served as the internal legal advisor of Emerson Electric (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and provided full-process services for EMR (Asia) Limited and its seven wholly-owned subsidiaries, including but not limited to the design of investment plans, due diligence on investment targets, and the drafting of investment legal documents;

(7) Provided full-process legal services for the urban rail transit financial leasing asset transfer project of a certain bank (state-owned), including but not limited to the design of the transaction plan, issuance of legal opinions and drafting of legal documents;

2. Litigation legal service representative project

(1) Represented China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute, successfully reducing the client's losses by nearly 70 million yuan.

(2) Represented the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court in the trial of the equity transfer contract dispute between Jiangsu Kangbo Photovoltaic Power Technology Co., Ltd. and a certain company, successfully confirming the creditor's claim of 100 million yuan.

(3) Handled a batch of financial lawsuits for Guangzhou Wangshang Commercial Factoring Co., LTD., covering regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Fujian, with a claim amount reaching 200 million yuan.

(4) Represented the First Intermediate People's Court of Shanghai in a dispute over an investor's entrusted wealth management contract, and recovered losses of 60 million yuan after two years.

(5) Represented the shareholders of Ningbo COSCO Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd. in a dispute over liability for damage to the company. After one and a half years, we successfully recovered losses of approximately 30 million yuan for the client.

(6) Provided a series of litigation legal services for Shanghai Zhanhong Real Estate Development Co., LTD., with the litigation involving a total amount of 150 million yuan.

(7) Represented a certain precision mold company in a dispute over an automotive mold processing contract with a certain state-owned enterprise, with a claim amount of 3.5 million yuan.

(8) Represented China Green Treasure Group Co., Ltd. in a batch lawsuit for deferred bond repayment, involving a total amount of 100 million yuan.

(9) Provide dispute resolution services including disputes over construction project construction contracts for relevant clients such as Poly Real Estate Group and its subsidiaries;
