1.A dispute over the construction contract of a certain construction project in Guizhou. The client, as the actual constructor, has not received the remaining project payment for a long time after the completion of the project, while the other party is a state-owned enterprise with strong defense capabilities - China Railway 24th Bureau. After accepting the commission, we promptly sorted out the engineering quantity data and settlement basis, clarified the responsibility attribution, and successfully rejected the other party's reasons for delay and defense. The court ultimately ruled in favor of our claim, and the other party shall fulfill all payment obligations after the judgment takes effect.

2.In a large number of civil and commercial cases, the principle of "mediation first" has always been advocated, especially when there is still room for contract performance and the parties wish to reduce confrontation. I once handled a dispute over a commercial property lease contract. The landlord unilaterally terminated the contract and demanded that the tenant pay a penalty for breach of contract. As a result, the tenant was faced with the problem of business losses and the inability to recover the decoration. After multiple rounds of communication between both parties, clarifying their respective demands and bottom lines, and without increasing litigation costs, a settlement agreement was reached: the landlord compensated for part of the decoration losses, and the tenant agreed to terminate the lease early. The entire process only took two weeks, saving a great deal of time and money.

3.Private lending disputes - Clear sorting of multiple debts, successful non-litigation collection

The client lent hundreds of thousands of yuan. The borrower lost contact halfway through the process. The debt structure is complex, involving multiple guarantors and oral agreements. The evidence is scattered. The complete debt chain was sorted out through wechat, bank statements, ious and third-party testimonies, and the principal debtor was clearly identified. After several rounds of negotiations, a repayment agreement was reached. One of the guarantors voluntarily fulfilled the obligation of compensation, and the customer returned the money without filing a lawsuit. Strive for the maximum possible and prompt payment collection for customers.
