Mr. Jiang also provide M&A legal services including representing investors in the acquisition of a minority stake in a Hong Kong-listed company, the acquisition of a catering company in Shanghai, the acquisition of a pediatric clinic in Shanghai, the acquisition of a smart parking company in Nanjing, the acquisition of a pediatric clinic in Changsha, the acquisition of a new materials company in Changzhou, as well as representing the seller in the disposal of the sale of environmental company in Shanghai and the sale of a private hospital in Jiangxi. Additionally, Mr. Jiang serves as a perennial or special legal advisor for over ten listed companies, private enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals in industries such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, culture and media, internet, retail and consumer goods, etc. Mr. Jiang provides specific work includes equity structure design, provision of employee stock ownership plans, issuance of legal advisory opinions, drafting and review of contracts, provision of legal training, and participation in commercial negotiations and legal demonstrations.
