The agent, Ms. Shen, was sued to confirm the 260 million yuan debt of the put option as a joint marital debt, which was completely dismissed.

Represented Ms. Zhou in a retrial of the divorce dispute in the second instance, and divided the marital joint property that could not be ascertained in the first instance in the second instance.

Represented Ms. Yao in the second-instance judgment of the land property damage liability dispute and supported her claim for compensation.

Represented Ms. Zhang in the division of benefits for public housing expropriation, and both the first and second instance trials were won.

We represented Ms. Xia in the division of benefits for the expropriation of public housing and won both the first and second trials.

Represented a state-owned enterprise in a series of disputes over house lease contracts and properly resolved a series of disputes.

The total amount of nearly 40 million yuan in the series of cases involving Ms. Xu's sales contract disputes was ruled to be rejected. The ruling adopted the lawyer's opinion in reasoning and determined that this case did not fall under a sales contract.

Disposed of assets totaling tens of millions for the Shanghai branch of a certain bank.

Optimize the transaction system process and related documents for the vehicle inventory financing business of the Shanghai Branch of a certain bank;

Plan the risk avoidance plan and text design for Ms. Yuan's purchase of the resettlement housing for expropriation, and finally ensure the successful transfer of ownership after the restricted sale period expires.

Provided legal assistance to Ms. Gong in selling her house and the transaction was eventually completed.
