The case involved collaboration with a California lawyer to provide legal analysis.

• Represented an Italian company in a dispute with a domestic trading company over an international sale of seamless steel pipes contract worth nearly ten million yuan. The case was selected as one of the top ten typical foreign-related and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-related civil and commercial trial cases in Xi'an Intermediate People's Court, Shaanxi Province, in the past five years (2019-2023). The case involved legal difficulties under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, such as breach of contract remedies, identity of goods, quality issues, and fundamental breach. The case involved alternative solutions for a domestic natural person under community correction who could not leave the country in time to handle the bequest in person.
