Typical Cases in the International Trade and Foreign-related Business
Represented former employees of a well-known semiconductor company planning to go public on the STAR Market in handling disputes with a Cayman equity platform company over option agreements worth nearly ten million yuan. The case involved nearly 800,000 options held by more than 30 former employees. The legitimate rights and interests of the former employees in exercising their options were protected through non-litigation settlement. The case involved collaboration with a California lawyer to provide legal analysis.
Represented an Italian company in a dispute with a domestic trading company over an international sale of seamless steel pipes contract worth nearly ten million yuan. The case was selected as one of the top ten typical foreign-related and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-related civil and commercial trial cases in Xi'an Intermediate People's Court, Shaanxi Province, in the past five years (2019-2023).
