(1) Led one of the first batch of compliance non-prosecution cases in Shanghai, initiated the compliance non-prosecution procedure for a certain enterprise in Shanghai, passed the compliance acceptance, and ultimately achieved the result of non-prosecution against the enterprise and its responsible person.

(2) We carried out criminal compliance work for a high-tech enterprise in Beijing, turning the enterprise suspected of criminal offenses into a safe situation, eliminating criminal risks, and restoring normal operations, thereby recovering tens of millions of yuan in losses for the investor.

(3) A certain enterprise in Shanghai illegally raised 2.8 billion yuan. I defended the principal offender and eventually received a relatively lenient punishment.

(4) In the case of Zhang selling goods bearing counterfeit registered trademarks, the procuratorate suggested that the case last for more than three years. Eventually, he was granted a suspended sentence at the court stage and was released on the spot.

(5) In the case of Chen Mou's intentional injury, at the procuratorate stage, despite the victim's lack of forgiveness, the defense of justifiable defense was successful, and ultimately, a non-prosecution was obtained.

(6) In the case of Wang's intentional injury, the case was withdrawn at the public security stage after defense, and a result of acquittal was achieved.

(7) In the case of Li Mou, a non-state functionary who accepted bribes, after defense and arrest, the case entered the review and prosecution stage and he was successfully released on bail, achieving a relatively non-prosecution result.

(8) In the case of Yang Mou for concealing and covering up the proceeds of crime, despite the relatively severe sentence imposed by the procuratorate, he was granted a mitigated sentence during the trial stage through his defense.

(9) In the case of Yin Mou organizing and using a cult organization to undermine the implementation of the law, he was sentenced to more than three years in prison by the procuratorate and successfully obtained probation during the trial stage of the defense court.

(10) In the case of Sun's theft, after defense during the public security stage, the sentence was commuted to execution.

(11) In a contract dispute between a certain education group in Shanghai and a certain company in Beijing, we lost the first instance. After our intervention in the second instance, the entire case was overturned, and all our claims were supported.

(12) Improved the equity structure of a certain company in Anhui Province, enabling the start-up to eliminate the risk of division and enter a fast development track.
