By initiating a statutory inheritance lawsuit, evidence was presented to demonstrate that the client had fulfilled substantial support obligations, and an application was filed with the court for a judicial appraisal of the equity value. The client's pre marital personal assets mainly consisted of five properties purchased before marriage and partial equity in a family business, with an estimated asset valuation of approximately 80 million yuan. Responsible for comprehensively reviewing the client's personal asset inventory, distinguishing the boundaries between pre-marital and post-marital property, drafting a prenuptial agreement, and conducting multiple rounds of negotiations with the other party regarding the core clauses. The agreement was voluntarily signed by both parties and notarized, effectively preventing the risks of property commingling and division arising from future changes in the marital relationship.

• Provided Voluntary Guardianship legal services to a 75-year-old retired professor living alone. The client, having no spouse or children, wished to arrange guardianship matters in advance in the event of future incapacity. Responsible for assisting the client in screening and confirming a voluntary guardian (the client's niece), drafting the voluntary guardianship agreement, clarifying the scope of guardianship duties (including medical decision-making, property management, daily care, etc.), and accompanying the client to the notary public office to complete the notarization procedures. Ensuring that the client can receive reliable arrangements in the event of future total or partial loss of capacity for civil conduct, thereby fully safeguarding the client's rights and interests in their later years.
