Acted as the agent for a certain biopharmaceutical company in resolving the dispute over the purchase and sale contract of medicines with a certain drug supplier, with a total amount of over 6 million yuan. Represented the defendant in responding to the lawsuit and filed a counterclaim based on the claim that the drugs did not meet the agreed quality standards, successfully defending the case and ultimately reducing the loss by approximately 85%.
Represented a trading company in defending against an inter-enterprise loan dispute brought by a supply chain enterprise, with a claim amount of RMB 10 million. Acting for the defendant, we argued that the parties’ relationship was in substance a joint venture/cooperative arrangement rather than a loan, and contended that the interest provision was invalid. The court ultimately upheld only the principal repayment, reducing the client’s liability by approximately 70%.
Represented the de facto controller of a manufacturing enterprise in defending against a post-divorce equity division claim brought by the spouse. Acting for the respondent, we advanced arguments focusing on the pre‑marital acquisition timing of the equity interests and the principle of protecting the company’s close‑knit shareholder relationships. The court ultimately dismissed the opposing party’s request for equity division and instead ordered only a cash compensation, thereby preserving the company’s shareholder structure and operational stability.
