• Acted as legal counsel for an autonomous driving intelligent equipment company, providing comprehensive legal services including contract review, corporate governance, equity financing, employment management, equity incentive planning, and compliance operations, assisting the client in preventing operational risks and resolving potential disputes;

• Served as legal counsel for a software development company, advising on legal liability analysis under different business models, contract drafting and review, formulation of business process management documents, and assessment system review, helping the client mitigate legal risks while reducing costs and improving efficiency;

• Acted as legal counsel for schools and public administration institutions, providing legal support for their compliance operations; also served as legal counsel for a slurry manufacturer, a graphite producer, and a logistics supply chain company;

• Represented an investor in an arbitration case concerning fund investment contract disputes, with the amount in dispute exceeding RMB 3 million, and successfully recovered the full principal amount of RMB 3 million for the client;

• Represented the lessor in a lease dispute with the lessee concerning factory premises, where the lessee claimed compensation of over RMB 1.2 million. The key issue was the allocation of compensation proceeds in the context of factory demolition. The court ultimately ruled that the client was only required to pay RMB 485,000.
